Cancellation Policy
When you book an appointment, that time is for you, and only you. I choose to not double book guests, as it is my goal is to give you the best experience possible. With that, appointments are in demand, and I ask that you are respectful of the time you have reserved.
To protect that time, I require a 48 hour notice of cancellation—less than 48 hours will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service. Same day cancellations and no shows will result in 100% charge of the scheduled service. I require a current credit card on file to reserve your appointment, and the cancellation fees will be charged to that card.
When you no show or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I am unable to fill that appointment last minute. Appointment reminders are sent out as a courtesy, but it is your responsibility to remember your appointment.
